Free UK Mainland Delivery
All orders over £50 are available for free delivery in the UK mainland. We aim to dispatch as soon as possible and for delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Please note we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Orders under £50 are charged at £3.98
Northern Ireland
We do deliver to Northern Ireland for a £30 charge.
Over Seas
We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.
Returns (online purchase)
If you would like to return your item for any reason, please follow the below instructions.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to return to Astares. The item must be returned unworn, as new and in the packaging that it was delivered in.
A returns form and address label will be included with your shipment from Astares.
In the first instance, Astares must be contacted to inform of your intention to return the item.
The returns form must be fully completed to include if you wish to receive a refund or exchange. The form should then be sent to Astares along with the items to be returned. The items should be suitably packaged and sent at the cost to the customer.
Astares will not cover returns postage unless the item is faulty. You are welcome to use the address label included to attach to the outer packaging. Again, please note postage is at the cost of the customer. You can take the item to the post office or use a courier of your choice.
The item will be inspected and if as new, a full refund or exchange will be given.
Astares Menswear will cover the postage costs for outgoing exchanged goods, up to one exchange per order.
